Our roastery is located locally in Melbourne, Australia.

For standard domestic orders, please allow 5-7 business days for items to arrive. For express shipping please allow 1-3 business days for items to arrive. 

For International orders, please email us at hello@whatdaphin.com to arrange customised cost effective shipping.

OTHER PRODUCTS

We partner with many suppliers across the globe and shipping times vary depending on where the product is being shipped from. For a more accurate shipping estimate, please view the shipping times outlined on the product page.

HANDLING

All orders will typically be dispatched within 2-3 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. What Da Phin is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and What Da Phin will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. What Da Phin is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

International orders: What Da Phin cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages outside of your country. 

What Da Phin will not be responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's custom clearance processes.
