Vietnam is the second largest exporter of coffee in the world, yet it is rarely recognised for its delicious beans and often overlooked by the industry. At What Da Phin, we are passionate about bringing these exceptional flavours to the forefront and showcasing the finest of Vietnam's Arabica and Robusta beans.

Our journey starts with building relationships with local farmers and partners in Vietnam, working together to cultivate the highest quality green beans. We then hand-roast these beans in Melbourne with love and care, before delivering them straight to your door. 

At What Da Phin, we believe in the power of coffee to bring people together and improve lives. That's why we treat our farmers like family, doing business the Vietnamese way with a handshake and a promise to always respect one another. We pay our farmers 2 times the market rate, recognising that coffee is more than just a commodity - it's a way for them to provide for their families and build a brighter future.
