HOW DA PHIN?

  1. Add 20-25g of Vietnamese ground coffee to brewing chamber (5-7 teaspoons)
  2. Ensure coffee grounds are evenly distributed in chamber before placing on top of saucer and cup
  3. Place the press into the chamber while pushing down softly
  4. Pour 30ml of boiling water into chamber and wait 30 seconds for coffee to bloom
  5. Pour another 120ml of boiling water into chamber (just below the rim)
  6. Place lid on top of chamber
  7. Allow 5 minutes for coffee to drip
  8. Enjoy hot or cold with ice
